This flag cape has a lovely soft cotton neck tie, so the cape won’t slide off - no scratchy velcro to irritate your neck.

It can be worn by securing the neck tie for a full sized cape, or you can put your arms through the sleeves to really show off the flag.

It is very lightweight and won’t overheat you in the summer, but the sleeves are big enough to go over a coat in the winter. They air dry quickly, and you get a great microfiber storage bag too!
