Happy, happy Easter to everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful time with family, sharing the blessings of this season.

In Irish we say ...

Beannachtaí na Cásca ort.

which is pronounced ... ban-uck-thee nah Caw-sh-ka uhr-th.

and literally means the "blessings of Easter be upon you."

A Short Blogging Break

Next week I'm going to take a short break from blogging to spend some time with my family. But after my spring break I'll be back again to share my Irish recipes and ramblings.
